As a Co-Founder of De Square Global for Education Consulting Co, Engineer Khaled leads a team of expert Learning Design Consultants, all centered on using WIDS’s proven methodology to develop performance-based courses and programs. He relishes tackling large, complex, instructional design projects, leading his team to provide the expertise and experience needed to take on each project effectively and efficiently.

As a Curriculum Design Consultant Khaled has facilitated collaborative system-wide curriculum initiatives and delivered instructional design consulting services to college, university, K–12, government and corporate clients throughout the GCC Countries, and some Middle East countries. In addition to his WIDS experience, Khaled has been a faculty member in the Higher Institute of Energy, Manager of Curriculum Development Center in Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, Kuwait

Khaled holds an MPHIL degree in Education from Sunderland University, UK. In his early career in Curriculum Development Center in PAAET, he has attended numerous lengthy, intensive, important, and valuable courses in curriculum development and design, including DACUM courses in the United States and Canada, as well as curriculum design courses in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. he invited some leading figures in this field from around the world, including Dr. Robert E. Norton of Ohio State University, Dr. Leah Osborn from WIDS in Wisconsin, and other prominent figures in the field.

Khaled has facilitated and supervised several DACUM Workshops and delivered several training courses in DACUM and curriculum Design.
