“I find satisfaction in helping organizations meet complex challenges. When we can bring all the organizational requirements, training needs, and curriculum pieces together to address a curriculum or training challenge, it’s like solving a 3D puzzle – I love puzzles!

With a focus on making curriculum development and training projects manageable, Melinda provides meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and employee engagement strategies to help each organization use its resources efficiently to achieve project goals.

Her experience in teaching, educational administration, and managing large-scale compliance projects provides her with a range of tools and techniques to enhance collaboration, guide project teams, and manage project timelines. Melinda has a particular passion for guiding organizations through accreditation and regulatory compliance processes. Educational and business/industrial organizations have helped secure and maintain a range of accreditations and certifications.

Melinda joined the WIDS team in 2016. Prior to joining WIDS, she was a K-12 teacher, technical college teacher, technical college director, industry technical certificate director, and PBM accreditation director.
